Questions we are asked

How quickly will we hear back?

Enquiries received during business hours are usually answered the same day. A walked route proposal follows within five working days of the first visit.

Can we start with only one service?

Yes. Bulletin rounds and poster cycles are commonly commissioned on their own. We will still walk the district first, because the route decides the print.

Do you work outside Prince Edward?

The desk is based in Prince Edward and most rounds begin within the surrounding districts. Longer routes are considered when the placement plan justifies travel.

Before you write

A useful first message names the streets or the building entrances you have in mind and the date by which you need the material to be visible. If you already know which of the six service lines you want, say so; if you do not, describe the audience and we will propose a combination after the district walk.

Please do not attach large print files to a first enquiry. We will ask for artwork only after the route and the paper specification have been agreed, which avoids a reprint before the plan is settled.

Prefer to read the method first? The services page sets out all six rounds in detail.
